British Chambers of Commerce, the national Chamber association (BCC), established a quality and integrity accreditation system for UK Chambers in the early 90′s. This framework covers everything from governance and accountability to service delivery and commercial efficiency. My colleagues and I can help you identify the elements of this framework which are relevant to your Chamber or network.
